With an impressive knowledge of most bay area cities’ neighborhoods/schools, and with an extensive network of quality industry trade experts (architects, framers, drywallers, electricians, landscapers, painters, exterminators, stagers, designers, property management, and inspectors) thanks to his GC license, Nicholas’ goal is to deliver you a stress-free journey through the process of buying or selling a home – likely one of the largest financial and emotional decisions you may make in your lifetime.

Nicholas’ process starts with situational analysis, goal setting and client education and moves into pinpointing the exact milestones to make his clients’ goals a reality. From there, Nicholas will negotiate the strongest terms for his clients and guide them to make informed and equitable decisions. Nicholas has many life-long clients due to his ability to continue offering value add long after the transaction closes. He often is the first call clients make when a furnace goes, gutters need to be cleaned or a plumber is needed, and can take care of these needs faster, at a lower cost, and with a higher quality than any other methods.

Nicholas and his wife, Melissa, reside in Los Altos Hills with their two sons – Grayson (7) and Parker (5). Nicholas is an avid swimmer, cyclist and runner, and competes in several IRONMAN triathlons each year. He enjoys volunteering and organizes many community events throughout the year including the local elementary school’s Walk or Wheel events, Los Altos Hills town picnic games and the Los Altos vs. Los Altos Hills softball game. He has served on the LAH History Committee and as chair for the Realtor Service Volunteer Program. He also helps at-risk high-school students go on to higher education through his own mentoring and scholarship program.
