$750,000 Increase in Property Value

My clients relocated out of the area for an amazing job opportunity. After initially interviewing Listing Agents, they selected the Agent who told them they could sell for top dollar without making any improvements.

After the property didn’t sell, they called me and I got to work to deliver them the highest ROI and sales price. We meticulously planned the project, estimated costs, and set a timeline, all to transform this house into an updated turn-key home. Once we were in lockstep, I got my team rolling.

From collaborating with my architect and structural engineer to overseeing every step of the project, I’m incredibly proud of how we significantly improved this property to appeal to the target buyers. The house sold with multiple offers in just one week.

In fact, I even showed the home to one of my buyers from last year who was previously disinterested due to the aesthetics. Their response was, “Wow, if we knew we could have made these improvements and got that ROI ourselves, we would have bought it last year!”
